Cancellation, representation:
If you are unable to attend the conference, representation is possible without another fee, however prior notice is required. In the event of cancellation at least 14 days before the conference, we will bill a cancellation fee of 1,500 CZK. In the event of later cancellation, the entire participation fee will be payable. The organiser reserves the right to change the program and speakers in serious cases. After submitting this application, you will receive confirmation of registration and pro-forma invoice within two weeks. If not, please call us.
